Reading Setting is used to set the content related to the front page. You can set the number of post to be displayed on the main page.<\/p>\n<p>Following are the steps to access the reading settings \u2212<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step (1)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 Click on\u00a0<strong>Settings \u2192 Reading<\/strong>\u00a0option in WordPress.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.webystrata.co.uk\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/157_Reading.png\" alt=\"WordPress Reading Setting\" width=\"1000\" height=\"1165\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step(2)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 The Reading Settings page is displayed as shown in the following screen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/manage.webystrata.co.uk\/index.php?rp=\/images\/kb\/158_Reading-1.png\" alt=\"WordPress Reading Setting\" width=\"1000\" height=\"792\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Following are the details of the fields on reading settings.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li><strong>Front page displays<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 This section is used to display the front page in any of the following format \u2212\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li><strong>Your latest posts<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 It displays latest posts on the front page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>A static page<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 It displays the static pages on the front page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Front Page<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 You can select the actual page you want to display on front page from the drop down.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Posts Page<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 You can select the page from the drop down which contains posts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Blog pages show at most<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 The number of posts to be displayed per page or site. By default, it is set as 10.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Syndication feeds show the most recent<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 The user can view the number of posts when they download one of the site feeds. By default, it is set as 10.<\/li>\n<li><strong>For each article in a feed, show<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 This section is used to display the post by selecting any of the following formats \u2212\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li><strong>Full Text<\/strong>\u00a0\u2212 It displays the complete post.
