You can use several different methods to disable MySQL Strict Mode depending on your preferences and the control panel you use.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The example below illustrates disabling MySQL Strict Mode on a cPanel server using the\u00a0Terminal<\/strong>\u00a0feature. You can also use these steps using an SSH client.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To disable MySQL Strict Mode:<\/p>\n

1. Log in to WHM as the root user and go to\u00a0Server Configuration >> Terminal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

2. Open the MySQL configuration file using your preferred text editor (for example,\u00a0nano<\/code>\u00a0or\u00a0vi<\/code>). For cPanel servers, this is the\u00a0\/etc\/my.cnf<\/code>\u00a0file:<\/p>\n
