You can customize when and how often it runs in your WHMCS installation configuration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"instructions screensteps-textblock screensteps-wrapper--tip screensteps-wrapper\" tabindex=\"0\" role=\"status\" aria-label=\"tip\">\n<div id=\"text-content_34ba0fc9-c4dc-4f9f-89c6-d3a719dc5d09\" class=\"text-block-content\">\n<blockquote><p>You must configure your hosting control panel to run the cron job at least once during the\u00a0<strong>Time of Day\u00a0<\/strong>hour you specify in WHMCS (for example, in the example below the cron job must run at least once between 9:00am and 10:00am). If it does not, the cron tasks will not execute.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>We recommend a frequency of every five minutes.
